1. What types of items do you buy?
We specialise in bone china such as Royal Albert and Spode, but we also buy other quality antiques and collectibles, including silver items, Bakelite/Catalin pieces, and vintage jewellery.

2. How do I get a valuation?
Simply send us photos of your items through our contact form or WhatsApp link. We’ll review them and get back to you quickly with a no-obligation valuation.

3. Do I need to bring the items to you?
No — we can arrange collection or insured courier services anywhere in the UK. For local sellers in Norwich and Norfolk, we may also be able to arrange direct pickup.

4. How long does it take to get an offer?
We aim to respond within 24–48 hours of receiving your photos.

5. What if I’m not sure what my item is?
No problem! Just send us clear photos and we’ll help identify it. We have a particular interest in bone china patterns such as Royal Albert Old Country Roses and Spode Italian Blue.

6. Do you buy single items or only full sets?
We’re happy to consider both. A single teacup can be just as interesting as a complete dinner service.

7. How do I get paid?
We usually pay by bank transfer for speed and security, but other arrangements can be discussed.

8. Do you charge for valuations?
No — our valuations are completely free, and there’s no obligation to sell.

9. I don’t live in Norwich — can I still sell to you?
Yes — we buy items from across the UK and can arrange safe and simple transport.

10. Do you buy damaged china?
We prefer items in good condition, but some patterns and pieces are still collectible even with small chips, cracks, or wear. Send us photos and we’ll advise.
